Jeff is a licensed landscape architect who is passionate about creating and preserving meaningful and enduring places for people to enjoy and appreciate. With a background in natural sciences/ecology, and a love for the outdoors- from gardens to wild places- Jeff’s designs are grounded in ecology and informed by the social and landscape context. Jeff’s focus has been on the design and implementation of public places, from urban to rural, at a variety of scales primarily in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Rockies regions. Jeff is adept at managing complex projects and directing multidisciplinary teams that share a common vision. He has been involved in many projects from their inception; collaborating with clients to develop the program, creating conceptual plans, and implementing the design. In his free time Jeff enjoys running, being outdoors, exploring places near and far, reading and spending time with Kirsten and their three teenage children.
