Marina Square is pedestrian/transit-oriented development on the waterfront in Bremerton, WA. This mixed-use infill project developed by Sound West Group includes apartments, restaurants, commercial, underground parking, and a variety of shared spaces including plazas, overlooks, and rooftop patios for residents. Public spaces exist around and between the two towers and include enhanced streetscapes, improved waterfront and redesign of “The Stramp”, a landscaped pedestrian corridor connecting the City to the waterfront.
