Mountlake Terrace Facilities Master Plan*

The consultant team, led by Miller Hull, completed a 20-year facilities needs assessment for the City of Mountlake Terrace. Development of a New City Hall and Senior Center emerged as immediate priorities. Working with the advisory committee and City staff, the team completed a site selection process, developed near and long-term programs, and initiated conceptual design for a new Civic Center. The new urban campus will include an expanded police station, new city hall, new senior center, library, urban plaza, underground parking, community park, and streetscape enhancements.
