Fishline House opened in 2018 to serve the North Kitsap Community by providing food, emergency services and resources to help transform lives. FBP teamed with Rice Fergus Miller Architects and FPH Construction to design and implement this vital community resource.
FBP has been providing site and landscape design services for the Bainbridge Landing development team led by Sound West Group and Olympic Property Group. This multi-family community is a walk from the Bainbridge ferry terminal to downtown Seattle. The project, currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2019, includes 107 apartments, 7 loft homes and 18 townhomes.
FBP, in coordination with Bainbridge Metro Park District, is also designing the one-acre open space east of the development as a local neighborhood park, preserving historic trees brought to the area by Robert Cave in the early 1900’s.
FBP is working with Sound West Group and Encore Architects to develop an exciting new living opportunity and destination on downtown waterfront in Bremerton, Washington. Check out the link for more information in a Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce article.

Sandy was recognized at the ASLA 2018 Annual Meeting and EXPO, October 19–22, in Philadelphia and was joined by family, friends and colleagues for the celebration.
