Established in 2012 Fischer Bouma Partnership is a Professional Limited Liability Company licensed in the State of Washington. Fischer Bouma Partnership was founded by Jeff Bouma and Sandy Fischer, both licensed landscape architects. In 2017 Jeff acquired full ownership of the company and Sandy continues to play a valuable supporting role as an independent advisor. Jeff and Sandy continue to share an 20-year long history of successful collaboration. More importantly, they are connected by shared values including a commitment to client service, staff success and well-being, idea driven solutions and sustainability. Our approach is informed by our firm’s collective experience that is grounded in the fine arts, ecological sciences, social sciences, and economics. We create planning and design solutions that are idea driven, place-based and address both conservation and development.
