The landscape design of this secure 165,000 square foot loan operations center is simple and grand; respecting the scale and style of the building. The site finishes and design details break down the scale to create inviting places. Outdoor spaces are defined with a series of low walls, planting, lighting and curvilinear walks. Integrated design of the site and landscape produced an aesthetic and cost effective solution to site drainage challenges. Nearly all of the drainage of this large site is conveyed in a series of vegetated swales.
