Established in 2012 Fischer Bouma Partnership is a Professional Limited Liability Company licensed in the State of Washington.  Fischer Bouma Partnership is led by Sandy Fischer and Jeff Bouma, both licensed landscape architects. We, as partners, share a 15-year long history of successful collaboration. More importantly, we are connected by shared values including a commitment to client service, our staff, idea driven solutions and sustainability.Our approach is informed by our firm’s collective experience that is grounded in the fine arts, ecological sciences, social sciences, and economics. We create planning and design solutions that are idea driven, place-based and address both conservation and development.
